# FaxHub — send and receive faxes online

FaxHub brings outgoing documents and an incoming fax inbox into one service. The website is the marketing entry point. The planned account app is https://app.faxhub.us; it is not open yet. Check [launch status](https://faxhub.us/launch.json) before any action. The workflows below describe the intended service after launch.

## Send a fax

Open your account, upload a supported document, enter the recipient's fax number, review the pages and current payment details, and request sending. Check the actual transmission status and obtain the receipt. A queued request or completed payment is not proof of delivery. The receipt confirms transmission to the receiving system, not that a person read the document.

## Receive faxes

Find an available US fax number in your account. Review recurring charges, included pages, any extra-page charges and terms before activating a number. Share your activated number with senders. View and download received documents in your account. The fictional 555 numbers pictured on the website are examples, not available inventory.

## Prices and plans

Approved launch prices: $0.05/outgoing page with a $5 minimum top-up; $0.99 for one fax of up to 10 pages, then $0.05/extra page; US faxbox $4.99/month including 100 incoming pages, then $0.03/extra incoming page. Faxbox outgoing pages cost $0.05 from balance. See [all prices](https://faxhub.us/pricing.md). Confirm live availability and final charges in the app. An assistant must not turn a one-time send request into a recurring number subscription unless that is part of the user's authorization.

## AI assistance

The dedicated [OpenAPI contract](https://faxhub.us/openapi.json) targets https://api.faxhub.us/v1, backed by ERP. Gateway activation is not yet verified. Authentication and API keys reuse the cabinet account system. MCP and agent OAuth are planned, not implemented by this site. If an integration is unavailable, explain the limitation; do not invent a tool or endpoint.
