Yes. FaxHub has native apps for both iPhone and Android. You can photograph a document with your phone camera — the app automatically straightens perspective, converts to black & white, and optimizes for fax quality. You can also upload existing files from your phone.
FaxHub accepts PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, XLS, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, BMP, and GIF. All files are automatically converted to fax-ready format — monochrome, optimized resolution, proper sizing.
Yes. FaxHub provides a full REST API with 35 endpoints covering authentication, file upload, fax management, billing, contacts, and webhooks. The API has a complete OpenAPI 3.0 specification, and we provide a sandbox environment for testing without sending real faxes.
Yes. All plans include 256-bit AES encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and access controls. Enterprise plan customers can request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for full HIPAA compliance.
FaxHub automatically retries up to 3 times (configurable up to 5) with smart spacing between attempts. You'll get notified of each attempt via your preferred notification method (email, push, or webhook).
Yes. We publish an AI skill file that Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants can use to send faxes on behalf of users. The skill is available on our website and on skills.sh. Just connect your FaxHub API key and your AI assistant can handle the rest.
